Admins: start here
Admins set theopsroom up for the warehouse and its sellers. You can also do everything warehouse staff do (see Warehouse staff: start here), and you see every seller’s data.
The Admin section of the menu has four tabs: Clients, Users, Shop Connections and Settings. Settings has its own tabs: Shipping, Billing, Products & orders, Appearance, Ask the guide, Floor plan and Packing video. Staff and sellers only see Shop Connections there.
Setting up a new seller
Section titled “Setting up a new seller”- Add the client and fill in its billing details and charges.
- Connect the seller’s shops (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop or Shopify).
- Invite the seller so they can sign in.
- Decide whether the seller’s marketplace stock follows the warehouse.
Clients and users
Section titled “Clients and users”- Add and edit clients
- A client’s billing details and charges
- Delete a client and all its data
- Invite someone
- Manage users (roles, reset links, disable, delete)
- Move a seller to another client
- Connect a Lazada shop
- Connect a Shopee shop
- Connect a TikTok shop
- Connect a Shopify store
- Look after shops (sync, reconnect, disconnect)
- Move shops to another client
- Delete a shop and its data
Stock and listings
Section titled “Stock and listings”- Marketplace stock follows the warehouse
- Force import stock
- Set up bundles
- Delete a listing from a marketplace
Orders, returns and invoices
Section titled “Orders, returns and invoices”- Change or cancel a courier booking
- When a return counts as overdue
- Mark an invoice paid, and delete invoices
Settings
