Settings: Billing (invoicing, GST)

Admin → Settings → Billing holds the payment details printed on every invoice: where sellers pay, how long they have, any late charge, and GST. Invoices can’t be sent until the bank name and account number are filled in.

  1. Open Admin → Settings and choose Billing.
  2. Fill in Bank name and Account number, and the SWIFT code, Billing email and Billing phone if you want them on the invoice.
  3. Set Payment terms (days), Late charge (% per month) and Storage count basis.
  4. If your company is GST-registered, tick Charge GST and fill in GST rate (%) and GST registration number.
  5. Click Save invoicing details. You see “Invoicing details saved.”

The new details go on invoices sent from now on. An invoice already sent keeps the details it was sent with.
