Connect a Lazada shop
Connecting a seller’s Lazada shop lets theopsroom bring in its orders, keep its stock right, publish products and handle returns. You start in theopsroom, then sign in on Lazada’s own page and approve theopsroom.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need the seller’s Lazada Seller Center login, or the seller next to you to sign in.
- One Lazada login connects one shop.
-
Open Admin → Shop Connections and click Connect shop. The window “Connect a shop” opens.
-
Under Marketplace, choose Lazada.
-
Choose the client the shop is for. Its orders and products will belong to that client. If the seller is new, choose + New client and type the Client name: the client is made when you continue.
-
Click Continue to Lazada. Your browser goes to Lazada’s sign-in page.

- 1. The marketplace.
- 2. The client the shop is for: its orders and products belong to them.
- 3. Or add a new client here.
- 4. Go to Lazada to sign in and approve theopsroom.
Tap or click the picture to open it full size. -
On Lazada’s page, sign in with the seller’s Seller Center account and approve theopsroom.
-
Lazada sends you back to Shop Connections. A green banner says “Lazada shop connected. Importing the last 30 days of orders…” and the list refreshes after a few seconds.

- 1. The shop, with the marketplace and country. Click its name to see its details.
- 2. Connected: theopsroom brings in its orders every 5 minutes.
- 3. When orders were last brought in, and how many.
- 4. Bring in new orders now instead of waiting.
The shop now shows Connected. Its orders arrive every 5 minutes. To bring in its existing products, choose Import products from its ⋯ menu (see Import products from a shop).
