What theopsroom is

theopsroom runs a fulfilment warehouse (a 3PL) for online sellers. It receives their stock, keeps it on shelves, packs and ships their orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify, keeps each shop’s stock in line with the shelves, handles returns, and bills each seller every month.

Each company that runs a warehouse on theopsroom has its own space, with its own sellers, users, shops, settings and website. People in one company never see another company’s data. When this guide says “your company” or “your warehouse”, it means the company you work for or ship through.

  • Sellers (the warehouse’s clients) see their own products, stock, orders, returns and invoices. They publish their products to their shops, set up gifts for their orders, and decide what happens to returns.
  • Warehouse staff receive deliveries, put stock on shelves, pack orders, hand parcels to couriers, check returns and make invoices.
  • Admins run the warehouse: clients, users, shop connections and settings. Admins can do everything staff can.

Each person sees only what their role allows. A seller never sees another seller’s data.

  • Everyone: finding your way round theopsroom, the Overview, changing how it looks, and other things every role does.
  • Sellers, Warehouse staff and Admins: one page per task, with steps, pictures, what each button means, and what to do when something goes wrong.
