Filter and download enquiries
This page is for website editors. Open Website, then Enquiries. Questions come from your enquiry form.
Read an enquiry
Section titled “Read an enquiry”Choose an enquiry to open it. Their answers lists each question with what the visitor wrote or picked. If the form had no questions of its own, it says “No answers to the form’s questions.”
Filter by answers
Section titled “Filter by answers”- Press + Add filter. (It shows once your form has questions.)
- Choose a question.
- For a pick question, tick the options: it shows enquiries that answered any of them. For a number question, fill in From, To or both. Both ends count.
- Press Apply filter. Back returns to the list of questions.
Each filter shows as a chip. Press its x to remove it, or Clear all to remove every one. The page says how many match, for example 3 enquiries match. Filters work together with the status buttons (All, New, Contacted and the rest) and the search box.
Download a CSV
